- 3 x 120g of Galbani Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- 1kg potatoes
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 100g ham, chopped
- Boil the potatoes and let them cool.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, around half a centimetre thick.
- Lightly butter a baking dish and alternate a layer of potatoes, a layer of sliced Galbani Fresh Mozzarella and chopped ham.
- Finish with a potato layer, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
