Torta Di Potato Recipe by Galbani Cheese Australia


  • 3 x 120g of Galbani Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1kg potatoes
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 100g ham, chopped

Preparation Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, around half a centimetre thick.
  3. Lightly butter a baking dish and alternate a layer of potatoes, a layer of sliced Galbani Fresh Mozzarella and chopped ham.
  4. Finish with a potato layer, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
