- 250g Galbani Ricotta
- Bay leaf
- Salt and cumin seeds to taste
- Finely chop the parsley, basil and bay leaf.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; mix in the Galbani Ricotta. Serve with crostini or on bread slices. This recipe is also excellent as a pasta sauce.
