Ricotta Mousse with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 250g Galbani Ricotta
  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt and cumin seeds to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Finely chop the parsley, basil and bay leaf.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; mix in the Galbani Ricotta. Serve with crostini or on bread slices. This recipe is also excellent as a pasta sauce.
