Galbani Mozzarella and Prosciutto Crostini

Galbani Mozzarella and Prosciutto Crostini Recipe by Galbani Cheese Australia


  • 2 x 120g of Galbani Fresh Mozzarella
  • 100g sliced prosciutto
  • 1 long baguette

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the Galbani Fresh Mozzarella into twelve regular slices.
  3. Slice the baguette into 12 slices, approximately 1cm thick.
  4. Lightly toast the bread slices and place on a baking tray.
  5. Cover with Galbani Fresh Mozzarella slices and put them into the preheated oven.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the Galbani Fresh Mozzarella is completely melted.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter or board, top each slice with prosciutto
  8. Serve warm.
