- 2 x 120g of Galbani Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 firm vine ripened tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Basil leaves
- Cut Galbani Fresh Mozzarella into slices.
- Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Place slices on a serving platter, alternating Galbani Fresh Mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with basil leaves to serve.
