Bruschetta with Galbani Mozzarella

Bruschetta With Galbani Mozzarella by Galbani Australia


  • 2 x 120g of Galbani Fresh Mozzarella
  • 4 thick slices of crusty country style bread
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh oregano leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil to serve

Preparation Instructions

  1. Lightly toast bread on both sides under the grill.
  2. Chop Galbani Fresh Mozzarella into small bite sized chunks.
  3. Chop tomatoes into chunks.
  4. Mix together the Galbani Fresh Mozzarella and tomatoes in a bowl.
  5. Divide mixture evenly into 4 portions and top each toasted bread slice.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Top with fresh oregano leaves.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
